After you place an order, you’ll get an email and/or WhatsApp confirmation with your order number.

As soon as we ship, you’ll receive a tracking link from our courier partner.

Can’t find your tracking link?

Please include your Order # (starts with SACCH…) and the phone number / email you used at checkout.

Bulk orders / urgent delivery

If this is a gift deadline or a bulk pooja order, mention the date you need it by. We’ll prioritize.
